  2. The ghost's face looks a bit too real to me . I love all the photos, I think this is where the 'Embroiderer's Guild' have their headquarters, it would be wonderful to visit one day.

  5. Your blog is like Castle Porn. I'm loving it!

Hey, how did you get your three columns to work? I've tried several templates and can't get it to work! It's very frustrating.

So, really what's the scoop with that ghost?? Will you be posting on this- now that you've peeked my curiosity?

  7. Could the ghost be Ann Boleyn?

Thanks for this tour. I am into all things Tudor at the moment. Anxiously awaiting the next season of "The Tudors" by HBO.

I must take this tour. Hope for a trip to London is not tooooo distant future.

  10. Amy, as you know I love this feature and this post is awesome especially as I'm fascinated with anything Henry VIII'ish. The gardens are amazing as is the chapel. Could you imagine sleeping in that bedroom-it looks even blinding in the picture. The ghost-I don't know. Maybe more research is required...

  12. This castle is stunning (especially the view from the air). I still have to watch the ghost video.

  13. I am obsessed with Tudor history. Smithsonian Journeys is hosting an AMAZING tour guided by Alison Weir next year for 500th anniversary of Henry VIII's reign. I REALLY REALLY REALLY wanted to go, but alas it is far too expensive!

In the meantime, my husband & I are going to England for our 5th wedding anniversary this coming October (I'm so excited I could pee myself) and I am going to try my damnedest to go to Hampton Court. I would be a dream come true for me!

Thank you for sharing. Your post is getting me so pumped for my trip!
