Sunday Salon

Hello to you, my friends...hope this Sunday finds you well! My weekend was good, albeit too short as always and I didn't accomplish all that I wanted to. But, I did finish Weir's The War of the Roses and made some really yummy twice-baked potatoes for the first time, so it wasn't a total loss! I am now starting on Winter in Madrid by C.J. Sansom and looking forward to it.

Passages has some exciting posts lined up in the next few months.  The paperback of The Last Queen by C.W. Gortner will be released on May 5th and he will be stopping by for an interview.  There will also be a review and a giveaway, so stay tuned!

A review of Christine Blevin's The Tory Widow and a review plus interview with Susan Higginbotham are also coming up around May / April.  Susan's novel The Traitor's Wife is being re-published by Sourcebooks and I am super excited about reading it finally!

I added two books to my TBR courtesy of my luvverly husband in honor of Valentine's Day.  I picked up Georgette Heyer's The Black Sheep after reading a really awesome review on it by Vic at Jane Austen's World (which is a fabulous new blog I recently found).  I, Mona Lisa was my other choice.  I really enjoyed Koligridis' other novel, The Borgia Bride.

I hope everyone has a great week!
