So, dear readers...which books have you read and can recommend on King Charles II of England? Inquiring minds want to know!

I'll definitely second the Susan Holloway Scott recommendations, and Forever Amber. Charles II is one of my favourite kings to read about.
ReplyDeleteYes! Royal Harlot and Forever Amber are particular favorites. I never would have thought to have a favorite monarch but I might have to jump on the Charles II fan wagon!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely, without a doubt - my FAVORITE king!! I love reading about this man! It started with Forever Amber, and then I devoured all of Susan Holloway Scott's books, as well as most on your list. The ones I haven't read have just been Wishlist-ed. :-)
ReplyDeleteI have read a Health unto his Majesty which was excellent and am right now half way through the GH book Royal Escape. The GH book is different to her normal books. I have not yet come to any light romance which is always featured in her books so this book is a bit different. Interesting and different.
ReplyDeletewow thank you for the list!
ReplyDeletethis is a post I wish i could use as a sort of guest posting on mine! you really 'done good kid'!
ReplyDeletewow! That's all I can think of saying!
ReplyDeleteI'm way behind. LOL
ReplyDeleteThe Darling Strumpet...love the title.
