  1. I'd like to add one more - cause I like to break the rules.

Say Goodnight Gracie by Ralph Pape - my favorite teen read!

  2. Pillars of the Earth is a very worthy inclusion! I've looked at I, Elizabeth a few times. Maybe I need to look closer. . . :-)

  3. I thought about adding "The Sunne in Splendor" to my list, but I would have had to do a few extras.

  4. Wow, our lists would be pretty similar, but no It for me. Way too spooky! What's a list without Outlander?

  7. Lezlie: I, Elizabeth was so great, the best I've read on Elizabeth. And yes, Pillars ROCKS!

Jen: this list could've been longer for me too - too many good reads over the years

Beth F: I do admit having a few nightmares while reading that one - I was still a teenager. Now I'm petrified of clowns!

Misfit: Nice list, great minds think alike...except for you hating Pillars and me hating Katherine =) Like I said earlier, my list could've been way longer to include all of EC's books!

  13. Jules: Happy Thursday to you too! It seems that Pillars is a love or hate novel.

Lynn, zetor, Melissa - I'm glad you liked it, please do check some of these out!

Susie Tudor Daughter: cool - another Dean Koontz fan?! I've read watchers twice and just love it! I also have Forever Amber (as you can see), but haven't had the honor of reading Legacy yet! I need to get my hands on a copy, I heard the other day somewhere that they Legacy was going to be re-released, so I've got my fingers crossed!

  14. That's a wonderful list! I came very close to including the "Guernsey" book on my list, too - it was one of my favorites from last year. It was so hard to limit myself to just fifteen books!

  15. I haven't read all of the books you listed but the ones I did from your list are also the ones I would definitely include in my list. Especially Pillars of the Earth and The Witching Hour.
