  2. I'm new to the community and the challenge. What do you guys define as Historical Fiction? I don't want to review a book that is outside the genre.

    1. Well, there is a lot of opinion on what can be defined as HistFic but I'm a litle more lax in my thoughts. I think a novel set at least 50 years in the past would be considered HistFic.

    2. Excellent, thank you. I accidentally posted the wrong link for a review, bah. I've never used linky.

  10. Just added my links, but now I think I may have messed up a bit. Are we supposed to add links to HF reviews posted in January, even if we read some of the books at an earlier date? Or just links to books both read AND reviewed in January? I'm concerned about 3 links, for books read prior to January, especially one that was a long overdue review.

    Linky #64: Read December 2019
    Linky #68: Read March 2019
    Linky #70: Read November 2019

Please delete any Linky that doesn't qualify for the challenge. I was paying so much attention to which reviews I posted in January that I didn't stop to consider when I actually read the books--until I saw how many links I posted. (Yikes! I promise I won't be this much trouble in February. Haha) Thank you!

    1. You are all good! I'm not picky really. I think most post the books that they review during that month, but not necessarily the date it was read.

    2. Thanks so much for clearing that up for me, Amy!

  11. I had a bit of a slow start to reading this year - I also was a bit too fast to add all my links as I added some of my February links to January! Forgive me... I was just trying to get my links in for January and had forgotten the others were really for February! :(
