Mailbox Monday

Another Monday, Another Mailbox!! Mailbox Monday is a feature where we gush about the yummy new books that now grace our bookshelves! WARNING: Mailbox Mondays can lead to extreme envy and GINORMOUS wishlists!!

Mailbox Monday was originally created by Marcia at The Printed Page and for the month of March it is being hosted by Martha @ Martha’s Bookshelf.

Well, it seems like my Mailbox Monday posts should be labeled Monthly Mailbox lately!  As my due date is getting close (little over 8 weeks) we're trying to finish up the baby's room and pick up any last minute items still needed, plus I'm preparing for my replacement at work and working on the last few tours for HFVBT so I haven't had a lot of time to work on the blog.  I've overdue on a few reviews and hope to have those up soon.  In the meantime, here are the books that I've received over the past month or so.

  1. Wow, Amy! Awesome mailbox. I'm still waiting for my copy of Bring Up the Bodies to arrive...I really hope it shows up next week.

I've got a number of the books you have listed for review on my shelf so I'm looking forward to hearing what you think of them.

Hope you love The Hungers Games trilogy, the Game of Thrones and The House at Riverton as much as I did.

  12. Wow! What a mailbox. I see several titles that I also have on my shelves. Game of Thrones was my favorite read in 2011. I hope you like it. I'm sure I don't have to tell you to enjoy your books because I know you will!

Only 8 more weeks, huh? I know you are so excited. So thrilled for you. =O)

  13. Because of your list, I just added Sherry Jones - Four Sisters, All Queens - to my TBR list, thank you!

To be honest, I read (or should I say started to read) Gabrielle Kimm's "His Last Duchess" and it shortly ended up in my "read but not finished" folder on my Kindle....in my opinion, the writing style was horrible (but that's just my own opinion). Have you ever read any books by Judith Arnopp? I HIGHLY recommend them! I picke up Peace Weaver, and after that one, blew through the rest of her books in a matter of a month, that was how good they were, I just could not put them down! Now I'm badgering her to finish her next book, lol!
