  1. I just finished Mistress of My Fate and of course will soon start on The Midwife's Tale :)

I adore Bernard Cornwell - would love to get my hands on that one.

  2. I'm really looking forward to reading Mrs. Lincoln's Dressmaker...it looks so good. I recently read the first book in Jennifer Chiaverini's Elm Creek Quilts and really enjoyed that one.

There are a few others that I'm looking forward to reading, too - Summerset Abbey, The Forgotten Garden (just got my copy in the mail!!!) and The Ambassador's Daughter.

I have this sneaky feeling that my tbr list is going to grow exponentially this year!

  3. I did a report on a biography of Mrs. Lincoln's dressmaker in middle school, so I'm so excited that's there's a new book on her. I really can't wait to read it!

  7. Since I have already read The Midwife's Tale (and loved it) I await the mailman for The Agincourt Bride. Though Illumination looks really good too (never seen that one before)
