This is the perfect award for me as I am truly a bookworm! My demented-but-lovable friend Michele at A Readers Respite tagged me for this lovely award and I am happy to accept! She may be a little crazy, but the girls' got taste! Ha! There is a meme involved too (figures she gives me an award you have to work for!). Here's the 411: Open the book closest to you, not your favorite or most intellectual book, but the book closest to you at the moment, to page 56. Write out the fifth sentence, as well as two to five sentences following there. The closest book to me is always the one I am reading at the moment at and this moment it is, Lady of Quality by Georgette Heyer. Page 56 is a shorty, so I'll just write the whole thing:
